The update is that i got everything mounted in the canopy and off the breadboard .i built a board for the two temp probe's rtc and bluetooth."arduino side". So now i can sit at my laptop ssh,or lxsession wireless to the Raspberry-pi to program the arduino, or send serial command,s to it .
i had an extra led driver so i added two red/orange led's to the array. It is possible for me to change out 1 ldd-H from a 700 to a 1000 and power a copy of the first led array so its expandable.
the Bluetooth "arduino"will send serial data to the 4/way A.C. controller and what ever else i can think of building..i wanted to get rid of the rj-45 cables.
i just enrolled in Y.T.U. / "Youtube university" to learn programming better ,i have been learning a lot playing with stilo 3.0
i am starting to get a grip on how it all works..
one day i hope to implement a weather simulation where the Raspberry scrape's the internet and sends that to the arduino.
The raspberry-pi serve's a web page now,but nothing on there yet.
as my programming skills increase i am sure there will be more to it...
It is designed for a 60/80 Gal cube by the way not that 29 bio cube it's over now..

images should resize now.
