Hello
« on: May 15, 2014, 12:25:10 PM »
I am another member that came across this project via google search.  I currently have been working on a rPI only project for a mini design.  I have it working with a 4 port relay, temp probe and ato float switch.  I have been testing my modified python scripts to run a heater and an ato float switch.  Interested to see how this project evolves.   I have my 4 port relay in a 2 gang electrical box with a RJ45 jack for connection back to the Pi.  I use an ULN2803 mounted on a shield for the relay.

Thanks,  I just add a thread in DIY projects with pics of my test unit.  I ordered another Pi for more testing...I also have a UNO and my use that to expand more than a simple rPI design.  I have more parts to test out....its the fun part.
